Shipping charges will be determined at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Email us before returning any items. Items without return authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All refunds will be issued one we have received and inspected the returned item.

A 5% restocking fee will be applied on returns and exchanges when a store credit is issued.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied on returns and exchanges when a refund is issued.

No returns on custom orders/special order requests, electronics, chemicals, surplus (when specified) or clearance items.

Defective items are not warrantied by Aztech Armory. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning product, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Aztech Armory does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping unless pre-approved. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Aztech Armory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
